77gb Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 77gb ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 77gb online casino and sports betting platform available at https://77gb.bet. When registering a 77gb account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

KYC Verification

77gb is required to verify the identity of its users as part of its commitment to safe and responsible platform operation. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time and must be completed before withdrawal requests are processed. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 77gb may result in suspension of the account and/or freezing of the account balance pending verification.

Password and Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. 77gb will not be liable for any losses or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 77gb reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity, potential fraud, or breach of these Terms is detected. In such circumstances, we will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to address the concern where it is reasonable and lawful to do so.

All financial transactions on the 77gb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77gb does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered and is not required.

Deposits

Deposits into your 77gb account are processed via the following approved payment methods:

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of any funds — including original deposit funds — can be processed where bonus funds are active on the account.

All such promotional offers are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by 77gb unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have successfully completed account verification, unless the promotion explicitly states that verification is not required for that specific offer.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement which must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement terms.
• 77gb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or collusion.

Players who attempt to abuse bonuses — including by opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim region-restricted offers, or systematically exploiting wagering terms — will have their accounts reviewed and may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts closed.

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

77gb cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in connection with any investigation into suspected criminal activity or financial crime involving the platform. User data may be disclosed to such authorities where legally required or where 77gb has a legitimate interest in doing so to protect the integrity of the platform.

77gb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. All registered players have access to a suite of responsible gaming tools from within their account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 77gb enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money activity. While 77gb takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, unexpected technical faults, or third-party provider outages may occur. 77gb will not be liable for losses sustained by players as a direct result of such events where they are outside 77gb's reasonable control.

77gb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77gb will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment has come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
